本来定的泰施的这家酒店 结果被告知房间满了升级到他们采尔马特的4星酒店。所以一切当然都非常满意。除了需要我们自己把车停在泰施的酒店然后自己坐火车上采尔马特外，无可挑剔~~

"Actual room is not the same as we saw on the website", they said you booked the cheapest room and the room was in attic and ceiling was so low and you would hit your head when you wake up.That is so ridiculous! We requested to change our room and staff said please pay additional price to upgrade. 我們訂的是飯店最便宜的房間,可是網頁並未顯示此房間在閣樓&"照片明顯不符合實際狀況",打開房間看到屋頂傾斜處就在睡床正上方,起床鐵定敲到頭!我們要求換房也被要求多付升級房間的差價。
